In partnership with Taproot Earth, Southern Sector Rising hosted a 63-mile tour of six Dallas communities that have been disproportionately impacted by historically racist zoning and environmental hazards.

The goal of the tour was to forge pathways towards increased awareness of climate and environmental issues. This event cultivated and leveraged relationships that increased collaboration between affected Dallas/Fort-Worth communities, while also fostering new ideas towards equitable policy solutions.
